...We slept together that night in our cove anchored under the stars in our ski boat with our chihuahua between us and a peaceful, slow-running waterfall singing us to sleep.

Sleeping on a ski boat? Brave.
ReplyDeleteYoung and brave, or maybe young and stupid? I had my vicious, yapping chihuahua to protect me. There's actually nothing better than sleeping in the open air on water.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. We're selling our sail boat after 8 years of winter cruising down south. Will miss it but we're ready for some land travel adventures...as long as the money lasts and we don't bust our budget. Excuse me while I go buy a lotto ticket. ;-)
